Here are some ways you can help others:

  • Talk to your doctor, or other health professionals.
  • Contact the media through tv, radio, or the press, such as woman’s magazines.
  • Make it known to the organization you work for.
  • Contact any politicians that are involved with health issues.
  • Contact support groups in your area.
  • Talk to family and friends.
  • Reply (where possible) to any articles you read.
  • Speak out at mental health meetings.
